A public framework to optimise resources and recover waste from the building and public works sector on a local and regional scale.

LIFE-20: Using the waste demolition to build within a circular economy appraoch. The project aims to use new tools and processes to change unsustainable habits, systemize the circular economy in the procurement stage and disseminate the circular approach to construction.
