Waterloo City Farm

Social Hub

Designed as a demountable structure, Waterloo City Farm is a studio built of a Douglas fir timber frame clad in corrugated Onduline bitumen sheeting. The materials are reminiscent of agricultural building forms, reinterpreted for its actual purpose of housing an emerging team of architects. The entire studio has been designed to embody the values of the practice, as a demonstration of a rational, highly articulated and low-cost structure that provides a model typology for contemporary work and educational spaces.
